Melting Point

Hollie Martin's debut solo exhibition is almost here! I have been lucky enough to see some of the work in progress and I cannot wait to see it all finished and hanging on some white walls. As a little bit of a teaser, here is a video of the lovely lady herself in her studio surrounded by all things triangle...

1 DAY TO GO!!!

Oh yes, you know who you are - and very soon you will be surrounded by all things small and baby related. I cannot wait to come and finally meet the cheeseburger you have been cooking for the past 9 months.
Lots of love and good (not too loud of a crier) baby vibes being sent your way!

Wanna be HEAPS DECENT at Parklife?

Parklife is almost here again and the wonderful people at Fuzzy are allowing HEAPS DECENT to collect a $20 donation from each of their complimentary ticket holders. The money raised each year goes directly into running Heaps Decent - which I have to say is pretty damn awesome. See below for more information on how you too can be HEAPS DECENT.

LOVE KINGS + Birthday Things

I was one lucky girl this year on my birthday as LOVE KINGS (a night of all things bump and grind at Goodgod Small Club) was on. So after a wonderful dinner with some of the finest food and ladies in town, we took our dancing feet down to Liverpool Street. Boy was it fun.
Thanks so much to my beautiful friends for showing me the best time on my birthday - and thanks to Levins & Radge for putting on such a slamming party. When is the next one?

Cosmic Babes Mix

This is a rad disco mix from Helsinki homie Toni Halo (aka Mini-Toni) - should help get you through your Thursday.

So tired - but good to be home!

ENNIO LEE in Melbourne

We had our first show with ENNIO LEE over the weekend down in Melbourne.
It was so much fun - such a build up and then all over in the blink of an eye!
Now to the next show...

Baby bro

My brother is an amazing photographer and he finally has a website up with all his work.
Check it out here: http://andrewpetersphoto.com

The Argyle

I have recently had the pleasure of playing down at The Argyle - it's such a nice venue. Check out this link to see some of the other lovely ladies that I will be playing with...

ENNIO LEE... first show ever

Oh yeah - the time has finally come and we have our first show!
We've been working pretty hard (hence my lack of posts) and I can't wait till it all comes together...

What a weekend!

The past 5 days all seem to blur into one.
So much fun - but boy it was nice to be back in my own bed last night.
I actually seem to have been having so much fun, that I hardly took pictures!
So here are a few from the little to none that I did manage to take...

View from the PARTY FLIGHT with the rest of the Falcona crew.

The van I shared with the most amazing roomies for Splendour - Christian (Hack) and Darren (D-Train). We spent quite a lot of time drinking tea and eating festival fruit together. Family fun times. I just hope the two of them kept the van in one piece once I left ://

Muz setting up Falcona flags (on top of the van believe it or not!) for the Falcona camp site. We literally took over a whole big section of the camping grounds.

You can spot my name somewhere up there in the fine print... you may need to be wearing magnifying glasses but it's there I tell ya!

The Jager Hunting Lodge just before I started to play. No shit, once I started and the sun set there were lines out the front. Not necessarily for me specifically - but because it was the first night before Splendour started so everyone went MENTAL! The floor actually started to cave in!

Kanye. As I'm sure you have heard - he was bloody amazing.

Straight from Splendour to Neverland Bar on The Gold Coast! (Full) name up in lights.

The view from my hotel in Coolangatta - slightly differs from the view I had out of my tiny window in the camper van at Splendour.

The beach there is so beautiful and the weather was sunny and warm enough to swim. I wish I had taken my swimmers!

My poor dusty post-Splendour boots soaking up the sun before I jumped on my flight home.
HOME SWEET HOME!!

MR MOON!

A super cute video that Snez made. If you look closely you can spot my dad and my dog Freddy too...
