Way back in August I knew exactly what I wanted for my birthday... I asked my dad for a ticket to see the B52's and I asked Christina to buy herself a ticket and accompany me. Finally, the show date came around and I have to say it lived up to every expectation I had not only of the show but also of a fun (belated birthday) night out with Chris.
As you can see, I think we were close to the youngest people there but that didn't stop the crowd from coming in wigs, drag, knee high boots, mini dresses and B52-ish attire. So I was a little surprised that once the band graced the stage the crowd kind of stood there and didn't get in to the party vibe. A few funny conversations occurred throughout the show:
KRISTY: (to some random guy in audience) Hey can you take a photo of us please?
OLD GUY: Ask someone you haven't pushed
(By the way, I hadn't pushed ANYONE and it was sooooo packed it was impossible not to be touching 5 people at once!)
CHRISTINA: It's a fucking rock concert, it's hard to believe you were ever young once.
OLD GUY: Whatever, I'm still not taking your photo.
CHRISTINA: You know what, it's hard to respect old people when they're such cunts.
(The whole crowd pissed themselves and the old guy ran off in shame)

KRISTY: I am so sorry, but you are just way too sweaty for this area...
